ORDER FULFILLMENT

Many orders will be processed immediately, you will receive the License Key, Product Code and Download link via email. Some orders need to be processed by Intuit. These will take up to 24 business hours to complete.

SHIPMENTS

DVDs are shipped from our warehouse and take 7-10 business days to be delivered.

REFUNDS

Full refunds are granted when the return policy is met.

RETURNS

Returns need to be requested within 30 days of initial purchase. After 30 days, the product cannot be returned.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel any monthly subscription directly with Intuit Canada. Intuit Canada can be reached at +1-888-333-8580.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
